Swim Cup Eindhoven 2011
The seventh SC Eindhoven is being organised by the Eiffel Swimmers PSV/NZE.
The Swim Cup Eindhoven is an official LEN swimming tournament and is a qualification tournament for the World Championships to be held in Shanghai in July, 2011. The KNZB also sees the Swim Cup as a qualification tournament for the E.Y.O.F. (EYOF) which takes place in Trabzon in July 2011 and the European Youth championships being held in Belgrade from 6th - 10th July, 2011.
The Swim Cup is an OPEN meet for all ages and will be held in a 10 lane 50 metre pool with electronic timing. There are also 2 training pools, (8 25 metre lanes and 4 50 metre lanes) available. All the FINA swimming events apart from relays are included in the programme.
As in previous years we expect to see all the elite national swimmers, as well as many top level international swimmers in the PVDH Z.
It will be a 4 day event from Thursday, 7th April until Sunday, 10th April, 2011. Apart from an attractive programme, the winner of each event will receive prize money. We hope to see you in April in the " Pieter van den Hoogenband swimming stadium".
